Original bigfoot wood burning of a
Skunk Ape by Memphis Black. This is my rendition of a male Skunk Ape. I made him with scars across his right eye just to make him stand out more. Like he was in a fight with a bear, puma or another skunk ape. Wood burned on pine with an "Optima 1 Dual" wood burning machine. Colored in with "Walnut Hollow" colored oil pencils. Total hours from start to finish over 20 hours.

I colored this like an orangutan because even though I have never seen a skunk ape I tried to color it like some of the eyewitness descriptions I have read about.
